New Callback Parameter: Country

There is a new Parameter implemented for the callback url which is called [%COUNTRY%]
It can be selected in the Reward Callback Parameters Dropdown or manually typed in, into the reconciliation callback input.
You can find this in the "Integration" Tab on the Dashboard
