Set Velocity custom fields

https://api.bitlabs.ai/v1/client/auth/custom-fields/velocity

Validates Velocity member identity and persists accepted custom fields.
Available only when auth custom field integration type is VELOCITY_FREQUENT_FLYER.
A failed Velocity check returns every applicable value of VelocityCustomFieldReason in data.reasons and does not save custom fields.
Success responses stay acceptance-only.
